1. Service description

Rami Motion is an AI-powered product video generation platform independently owned and operated by MOSTAFA RAMI, an individual sole proprietor based in Morocco, operating under the brand name Rami Motion. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Rami Motion,” “I,” “my,” and “the Service” refer to the platform and its operator.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in your country and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

3. One-time payments and credits

Rami Motion sells one-time credit packs; no pack creates a recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The displayed pack price, number of credits and applicable taxes are presented before payment. A 5-second job uses 10 credits; a 10-second job uses 20 credits. Completed verified purchases add credits to your existing balance, without monthly reset.

Unused purchased credits remain in your account until used, unless a lawful refund, chargeback, account termination for serious misuse, or a future policy change consistent with applicable law requires an adjustment. Credits provide access to video generation attempts. Successfully completed generations consume the applicable credits, while verified generation failures are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Ownership, permissions and AI outputs

You must own or hold the necessary rights to upload images and provide prompts; photographs depicting people, faces, portraits or visible body parts are not permitted, even with the person’s consent. As between you and Rami Motion, you retain rights you hold to your uploaded materials. We permit you to use generated videos subject to these terms, third-party model conditions and applicable law. We do not guarantee generated content is exclusive, copyright-protectable or free from third-party rights.

5. Safety rules

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy, including restrictions concerning child exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, impersonation, unauthorized deepfakes, harassment, unlawful content and rights violations. We may suspend a job or account when required by law, payment network rules, Paddle policies or safety review.

Mandatory content screening & failed generations

Rami Motion only accepts physical-product imagery. A consent checkbox is required when creating an account and before each generation. Images or prompts containing human faces, people, impersonation, sexually explicit content, deceptive political content, unauthorized materials or other prohibited content will be blocked. Generation is unavailable if safety screening cannot run.

Before a video is provided, our automated system reviews sampled output frames. Generated content that fails safety review is not delivered, and reserved generation credits are returned. Automated classifiers may make mistakes and manual review may be needed. Repeat or severe policy violations can lead to account restrictions. See our Content Safety Policy for details.

6. Availability and credits for failures

A job’s credits are reserved when generation starts. Verified provider failures will result in credits being returned. Temporary delays or failures to download a completed result do not automatically constitute generation failure. Contact support if a completed result remains unavailable.

7. Changes and termination

There is no subscription or future renewal to cancel for one-time credit purchases. Future credit pack purchases are optional. Material changes to these terms or pricing will be communicated as required by law. We may suspend abusive accounts or discontinue the service with appropriate notice and consumer protections where applicable.

8. Liability and consumer rights

The service is supplied on an as-available basis, subject to mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability restrictions apply only to the extent allowed by your jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual property, takedowns and notices

You are responsible for obtaining rights to your product images, prompts and any third-party protected materials. Images of identifiable people or faces are not accepted. Report potential infringement or misuse through the contact channel. We may restrict access to disputed content while reviewing substantiated notices. Our handling is subject to applicable law and provider rules.

10. Payment provider and billing

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for one-time checkout payments, applicable taxes, receipts and related refunds where supported. The purchased credits are usable in Rami Motion software and do not transfer ownership of underlying AI models or third-party rights. Prices and credits displayed before payment remain subject to mandatory consumer law.

11. Service restrictions and product limitations

Video length is limited to the available 5- or 10-second options and the file delivered is an MP4, not an editable timeline or guaranteed audiovisual result. Generation requires a functioning model integration, internet access and available credits. Account-specific generation concurrency limits may apply. If a third-party provider experiences an outage, jobs may be delayed or fail.

Use of the service to generate false endorsements, non-consensual impersonation, illicit material or third-party rights violations is prohibited even if the technology could produce the requested content.
