Rami Motion is a product-only AI video tool. Every eligible request goes through mandatory server-side content checks; these checks are automated and imperfect.
Only lawful photographs of inanimate consumer products, packaging or product presentations may be transformed into 5- or 10-second promotional clips. Generic scenery, portraits, animals or general-purpose creative generation are not supported.
Human faces, portraits, people, hands or other visible body parts; identity impersonation, deepfakes, face swapping and voice cloning; adult or exploitative content; graphic violence, extremist or hateful content; political persuasion and misleading advertisements; illegal or restricted goods; fraud; rights-infringing images and attempts to bypass safety systems are forbidden.
Before upload storage, our server checks eligible images. Before submitting a job to fal.ai, it checks the text prompt and rechecks the stored image, including legacy files. Disallowed uploads or prompts are rejected before generation, with no generation-credit deduction. If the external screening service fails, generation is blocked.
After model processing, the server reviews a sample of frames from the generated MP4. If sampled content is flagged, the video is withheld and generation credits are returned. Videos cannot be released when mandatory output screening is unavailable. Sampling and automated classifiers cannot guarantee detection of all content.
Users accept a versioned product-only agreement and confirm each image belongs to them or is appropriately licensed. These declarations do not override moderation. Limited logs record review stages and reason codes; repeated violations can be escalated for administrative review and accounts can be suspended for abuse.
This is not a general-purpose AI video generator. An incorrect rejection, prolonged output review or technical issue can be reported to support. Video-generation credits are not spent for rejected inputs and are restored for outputs that fail safety review. Credit-pack cash refunds are handled separately under the Refund Policy.
