One-time Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Rami Motion sells one-time credit packs; there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel for purchases under this model.
1. No automatic renewal
Each credit pack is a one-time purchase and is not automatically rebilled. You do not need to cancel anything to prevent a future charge. You can purchase another pack only if you choose to.
2. Before and after purchase
Review the pack price, included credits, taxes and payment details before confirming checkout. After payment, credits are added once confirmation is verified. You may request a refund according to our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
3. Unused credits
Unused purchased credits accumulate in your account without monthly resets. Credits have no cash value and are subject to valid refunds, disputes and applicable account rules.
4. Receipts and invoices
You can review transaction references in your Rami Motion account and access any available billing documents through Paddle. If a receipt or invoice is missing, please contact support with your transaction reference.
5. Legacy subscriptions
If you previously bought a recurring monthly subscription before the one-time pack model was adopted, it may still renew until canceled through Paddle. Contact support immediately if you need help canceling any earlier subscription. This policy describes newly offered one-time credit packs only.
