Acceptable Use Policy

1. Rights and consent

Only upload photographs of permitted products you own or are licensed to use, with all necessary intellectual-property rights. People, human faces, portraits, visible body parts, face swaps and deepfakes are always prohibited, including with consent.

2. Prohibited content

Do not use Rami Motion for child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors; nonconsensual intimate imagery; sexual exploitation; unlawful violence, threats, extremist recruitment or facilitation of crime; targeted harassment; fraud or deceptive identity claims; or material that violates privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights.

3. Abuse of the platform

Do not evade credit limits, exploit bugs, resell account access, scrape private user data, attempt to bypass security controls, submit malicious files, or use automation to overwhelm the platform.

4. Reporting harmful or infringing content

Send a detailed report to the support email shown on the website, including the relevant account or generation reference, a description of the rights or harm involved, and contact details for follow-up. Do not include unlawful content in the report itself. We may temporarily restrict disputed output and will respond in accordance with applicable law.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We block prohibited image uploads and prompts before generation; outputs that fail sampled-frame safety review are withheld and reserved credits returned. We preserve minimal audit records, suspend accounts or respond to lawful requests. Content is checked using automated classifiers but detection is not guaranteed to be perfect. All generation requests fail closed if essential safety screening is unavailable; outputs are withheld pending review. Report concerns to the support address shown in the footer.

Product-only exclusions and safety enforcement

This service permits only photographs of eligible consumer products. Photos of people, human faces, portraits, hands or other visible body parts are prohibited. Face swaps, identity impersonation, voice cloning and deepfakes are prohibited even if the requester asserts consent.

Adult/sexual content, graphic violence, hateful or extremist material, illegal or restricted goods, political persuasion or deceptive advertisements, fraudulent product claims, and attempts to bypass content moderation are prohibited. You must have the necessary permissions for copyrighted, branded and trademarked product materials.

Image and prompt submissions are reviewed before generation. We reject disallowed requests without deducting generation credits. Sampled frames of generated output undergo safety review; a safety rejection prevents delivery and results in restoration of reserved generation credits. If the review service is unavailable, processing is blocked or remains pending rather than releasing unchecked material.
