Privacy Policy

1. Information processed

We process recorded policy consents (policy version and timestamps), content safety results and rejection reason codes, account email address and authentication identifiers, profile and credit pack and balance data, billing references and transaction statuses, customer-support messages, uploaded images, text prompts, generated videos and technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting. Rami Motion does not store full payment card details; Paddle processes checkout payments.

Google sign-in and third-party identity

If you choose Sign in with Google or Sign up with Google, Google authenticates you and Supabase receives account identifiers and profile information made available through the authorized sign-in flow, including your email address and potentially your display name or profile image. We use that information to create or identify your Rami Motion account and maintain your authenticated session. Rami Motion does not receive or store your Google password. Google may process information under its own privacy notice. You can use email/password sign-in instead where available.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use account and job data to provide the requested service and fulfill purchased credit-pack obligations; payment references to administer billing; security logs to detect abuse and protect the platform; and limited correspondence to respond to support requests. Where applicable, processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.

3. Service providers and transfers

Supabase supports identity, database and file storage; a third-party automated content screening provider (configured using the OpenAI API) reviews uploaded product images, text prompts and sampled generated video frames; an AI video provider accessed through fal.ai processes compliant images and prompts to generate video; Paddle provides checkout, billing and tax services; and the hosting provider serves the application. These providers may process data in different jurisdictions under their own agreements and applicable safeguards. Their exact processing locations and retention terms must be validated before production launch.

4. Storage and retention

Rami Motion retains versioned consent acknowledgments and limited moderation logs for security, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes, subject to applicable legal obligations. Account information, credit balances, and purchase records are retained while the account remains active and, where necessary, for legitimate legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Uploaded product images and generated videos are subject to a 90-day application-media retention period, after which eligible media is automatically deleted in accordance with the platform's retention procedures. Users may also request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements. Third-party AI and infrastructure providers may apply separate retention periods under their respective data processing terms.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact support using the email in the footer. We may need to verify account ownership and may retain records required by law.

6. Data security

Uploaded media is stored in private storage buckets and accessed using time-limited URLs. Authentication, server-side authorization checks and database access controls help reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use necessary session/security cookies and a first-party preference cookie to remember whether you accept or reject optional cookies. No analytics or advertising tracking is currently enabled. 8. International processing and safeguards

The app may transfer data to infrastructure or model providers outside the country where you live. Applicable contractual or legal safeguards and actual provider processing regions must be verified before production. We will not claim a specific residency location unless it is supported by our current provider configuration.

9. Data deletion and incident reports

Contact the service operator to request access, correction or deletion of uploaded media and account data. Certain billing and fraud-prevention records may need to be preserved by law. We will respond within the timeframe required under applicable law; a self-service deletion tool is not yet implemented in the current MVP.

10. Data controller and contact

Rami Motion is operated by the person or organization identified in the operator details displayed below. For privacy rights requests, email the published support contact and include the email address associated with your account. Paddle independently handles some payment-related data as merchant of record under its own notices.

11. Collection and disclosure details

The service receives data directly from account registration, uploads, prompts, video generation and support communications, plus transaction state and references from Paddle. Uploaded images and prompts are first reviewed by a content-safety API. Compliant images and prompts are then shared with the configured fal.ai model provider to perform the generation you request. Selected frames from generated videos are reviewed before output is made available. Generated videos, before release to customers and after sampled-frame safety screening, may be downloaded from fal infrastructure into application-controlled storage; the provider may retain information separately under its own policies. We do not sell user-uploaded images or generated videos to advertisers.

Before launch, the operator must verify vendor agreements, storage regions, model training/data-retention settings and applicable international-transfer mechanisms. This document must be updated if the verified facts differ.

12. Children

The service is not offered to users under 18. If we learn that data from an ineligible user was collected, we will take appropriate action.

Automated content screening, consents and moderation records

We send submitted images, text prompts and sampled frames of generated videos to an external content-safety processor configured for automated review before allowing generation or delivery. We store policy acceptance type, timestamp, current policy version and limited moderation outcomes/reason codes to demonstrate compliance and investigate abuse; we do not need to store full image copies in moderation logs.

The review service may process information in jurisdictions outside your own. We do not guarantee perfect classification or a particular retention period for external providers; exact vendor retention settings, training/data-use terms, and data transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch. Contact support for applicable access or deletion requests.

Self-service access, correction, and deletion

Signed-in Rami Motion customers can open Account Settings to update their display name, request an email change, change their password, and download an export of application account records. Completed or failed videos can be deleted individually from My Videos.

Customers can also request permanent deletion of their account from Account Settings after explicitly acknowledging the loss of unused credits and saved media. Account deletion removes associated application records and stored user media; it cannot undo completed payments, and Paddle or other providers may retain records independently where required by law or contract. Contact support for additional rights requests or if deletion fails.
